Heat oil in a wok,add cumin seeds and chopped onion fry them till soft, addd turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes fry them for 2 min.

Now add coriander powder mix well, add chopped potato or chopped capsicum. Add. Salt and red chilli powder mix well. Coverd with lid then till cooked all the veggies Soft.cooked for 10-15 min.

When all veggies soft then add garam masala mix and fry. For 2-3 min.. Now capsicum veg are ready.

Serve with daal roti and paratha
