Cook the pasta according to instructions.

Heat some olive oil in a pan and then add the celery, onion, hotdogs, salt and pepper. Fry until the onions have softened.

Next add the ketchup, oregano, garlic powder, tomato can, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and chilli flakes. Cook down the juices for about to 10 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken. Stirring occasionally.

Drain the pasta well and in a bowl add then in a bowl add the pasta and top with suace.

Sprinkle some grated parmesan over the top and serve.
