Firstly chop all the vegetables roughly.

Now heat a pan, add the chopped vegetables into it. Now add some cardamom, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder to it.

Now add turmeric, salt, bayleaf, kashmiri red chilli powder to it. Add water to it.

Now cover the pan with a lid and let it get cooked for about 20-30 minutes.

After the vegetables are cooked, pour them in a mixer and blend it till it gets converted into a thick gravy.

Then heat another pan, put some oil and add green chillies and garlic to it. Saute it well.

Now add the gravy to the pan and stir well.

Now add the paneer cubes to the gravy. Stir well

Add some cream to it to make it more creamy.

Add some more salt.stir it.

Your shahi paneer is ready......garnish it with some more cream on top
