Steps

Sort out the Omena to remove some dirt and some shells.

Then wash the Omena in hot water and put it in a sufuria then heat.

Add in oil and stir then add in onions and stir very well until the Omena starts to turn a little brown. Add in salt.

Then add in tomatoes and stir very well until the tomatoes are all mashed.
- 5
Cook for a few minutes then serve.
