10scotch bonnet
1large onion
5garlic
cubesSeasoning
Spices including carddamon

Semi Blend scotch bonnete, onion and garlic

Wash meat and put in pot
3

Add the blended mixture seasoning cubes and spices allow to cook for 2 hours on high heat until meat is very soft.

Enjoy for the cold weather or with bread.
