Take a rice and dal wash and soaked for full day.

After soaked rice and dal,salt,jaggery powder and methi dana mix and grind well.keep a side at overnight.

After fermentation salt in your taste.

Take a nonstick pan add oil then make a uttapam and garnish green chilli and chopped onion oil spread for both sides fry for both sides.

Onion uttapam r ready to eat
