  1. 1-1/2 cupYam
  2. 1/2 cup Carrot and Beetroot mix
  3. 1/2 cupChopped Green Onion
  4. 1/2 cupChopped Coriander
  5. 2 tbspDry Mango Powder
  6. 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  7. 1 tbspRed chilli Powder
  8. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  9. 1 tbsSalt
  10. 1/2 tbs Carom Seed
  11. Cheese cube for filling

  1. 1

    Steam yam, carrot, and beetroot for 8 min.

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    Now add rice flour. And mix it well, and make a dough.

    Now take a ball from dough, and fill cheese inside it.

    Make all lollipop like it.

    With the help of brush, spread oil on all lollipops.

    Now put in 170℃ preheated air fryer fir 20 min.
