250 gmpoha
2 tbsppeanuts
1onion
3-4green chillis
to tastesalt
4 tbsp oil
10-15 curry leaves
1potato chopped
Coriander leaves

Steps

First of all soak the poha in 10 min

Then heat a pan and put some black seeds curry leaves onion potato peanuts cook them in 10 min

And aad soaked poha in it
4

Garnish some Coriander leaves and cut green chillies

Now tasty poha is ready
