  • 2gourd sliced
  • 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and add gourd and saute well till moisture dries up

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Now add poppy seeds and green chillies

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix,serve it with rice
