Ingredients

  • 1 cuppoha
  • 2 slicebread
  • 2 tbspcorn flour or rice flour
  • 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 3-4 tbspcurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take poha and put it in the sieve.Then put some water in a bowl and dip the sieve into it for 2 mins.Drain out the water.keep the poha in a bowl.Mash it with hand.

    Take the bread,cut the the corners of the bread.Now dip the bread in water and squeeze the water from the bread.Now put the squeeze bread in a poha bowl.

    In the poha bowl put corn flour, ginger and garlic paste, chopped onion and green chillies,zeera powder,chat masala,red chilli flakes,salt and dhania leaves.Lastly,3 -4 tbsp of curd.Marinate all together to make a soft dough.

    Then take tray and greeze it with oil.Now put the poha dough in the tray and with the help of spoon or hand set it.Then keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins to set.

    Take a pan,put some oil and do deep or shallow fry as u wish in low flame till it becomes golden brown colour.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with sauce or pudina chutney.U can serve it as starters.
