This breakfast sandwich is both healthy and delicious and is also very easy to make.

Wash your avocado and cut in half. Take out the core and slice the avocado thinly; set aside. Slice you tomatoes and boiled eggs thinly too and set aside

Spread two of your bread slices with mayonnaise. Place a few slice of avocado on each slice, followed by a few slices of tomato.

Next, add your egg slices and sprinkle with some salt and black pepper. Cover with the other two slices of bread and cut each sandwich in half (horizontally or diagonally).

Serve with any drink of your choice!
