Steps

Put the liver into small pieces and put it in the sufuria with oil and stir till the colour of the liver changes

Put in the pounded ginger and garlic stir for a while then add onions and stir till the onions are cooked

Add in the grated tomatoes and tomato paste stir then add salt and black pepper

Let cook till tender and serve with ugali and veggies.....Enjoy! !!
