  • 2pomfret fish
  • 1 cuppaste of onion ginger garlic and tomato
  • To tastesalt and turmeric powder
  • As neededoil

    Marinated the fish with this paste

  2. 2

    Keep aside for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Now heat a pan add oil

  4. 4

    Grill it with oil greased in the pan

  5. 5

    Fry it well from both the sides

  6. 6

    Serve it hot with salad
