Boil water add salt..pepper powder..ginger..off the flame and add sooji..Mix it properly..cover it for 5 min..make dough..don't let it cool..make lemon size balls..

Now steam it in a steamer for min 10 min....

For the tempering.....
Heat oil..add add mustard seeds..cumin seeds,methi..green chilli..curry leaves..haldi and chilli powder..Sambhar masala...dry coconut...Hing..don't let it burn..add the balls and 1tsp of water mix well and let it on flame for 5 min in low flame..add lemon juice...Garnish with fresh coriander.
