Firstly rice and dal shocked in water at least 6-7 hour.

Further remove water from soaked dal and rice. Blend in blender.

Further batter a keep hot place for leaven.

Further add salt in batter and mix well.

Now 1 TSP oil into a tawa roast mustard seeds and spread upttam on to tawa well and spread chopped vegetables upon upttam and turn upptam soft hand.

And roast well upptam from bottom side until it golden brown.

Now ready upptam garnishing with sauce and coriander.
