2 cupsdehradun basmati rice
1/2 cupmix veggies
1/4 cupcashew and raisins
1 handfulwhole garam masalas
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and ghee

Boil the rice and strain

Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas
3

Add veggies and nuts and raisins
4

Saute well adding salt and cover till it is soft
5

Add rice,ghee and sugar mix well
6

Serve it hot with gravy of paneer or chicken
