Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprefined flour
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 500 gmBoneless chicken
  5. 2 tbspGreen spring onions
  6. 2 tbspChopped coriander
  7. 2 tbspChopped mint leaves
  8. 2 tbspChopped green chillies
  9. 1 tbspChopped ginger
  10. 1 tbspChopped garlic
  11. 1 tspChat masala
  12. 1Lemon juice
  13. 2eggs
  14. as neededGrated cheese
  15. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix maida and whole wheat flour, salt... And knead a soft dough with water and keep aside for sometime

  2. 2

    In a pan, put little oil, put small boneless chicken pieces, salt, cook it from both the sides then add chopped ginger garlic And cook it for a while And switch off the flame and remove it in a bowl.

    In chicken mixture Mix chat masala, chopped coriander, mint leaves, spring onions, Green chillies, lemon juice, and mix it well.

    In a pan put some oil And make small eggs like coins size. Cook from both the sides. And keep aside

  5. 5

    Make small balls of the dough. Flatten it And put one piece of egg. Put grated cheese on it. Then put chicken mixture And wrap it in square or rectangle shape.

    Fry it in little bit of oil(shallow fry) from both the sides and serve it with your favourite sauce or chutney
