Yellow rice
#Lunch1 .....easy and delicious , good option for light lunch.
Steps

First, soak rice for half and hour

In a cooker, put oil add bay leaf zeera,cardamom, crackle them,now add onions and saute till golden

Now add peas and all the masala cover for 2 to 3 minutes on a low medium flame.

Now add rice and saute them for one minute.

Now add 2 cup of water, cover the lid of cooker. Gas should be on high and wait for one whistle,
- 6
After whistle off the gas and dont remove the pressure,.serve with curd or raita.
