In a pressure cooker, add washed lentils daal and water,water ratio 1 :4.

Add turmeric powder, salt,ginger garlic chilli paste,Cook for 15 to 18 min on low medium flame after one whistle.

When the daal cooked, in a kadhai put ghee,add Afestodia and wait untill crackle, now add onions saute till golden brown,

Now add tomatoes saute till completely soften

Now add masalas,stir them till masalas sperates the ghee,add cooked daal, allow to boil for 5 minutes on low medium flame. Garnish with coriander.

Bhurzi, in a pan add ghee

Add onions and chillies till golden brown.

Meanwhile,make a batter of eggs add masalas,and whisk them properly

Now add the egg batter,stir continusely for 5 to 6 min on a low medium flame.bhurzi is ready serve with hot chappaties.with a salad and green mint chutney.
