Ingredients

  1. 500 gmBoneless chicken
  2. 2Potatoes
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbspChopped green chillies
  6. 1 tbspChopped coriander
  7. 1 tbspChopped mint leaves
  8. 1 tspGaram masala Powder
  9. 1 tspChat masala
  10. 1Lemon juice
  11. 1Egg
  12. 1 bowlRoasted vermicelli (sevaiya)
  13. as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a vessel put chicken and potatoes, salt, garam masala Powder, ginger garlic paste, and water for boiling. Boil til the chicken cooks tender.

  2. 2

    After the chicken gets boil, put chat masala, chopped green chillies, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander, lemon juice and mix it well. And make shape like a cutlet

  3. 3

    Dip cutlet into beaten egg and then dip it in sevaiya.And then deep fry it in oil. And serve it with Watever u like.
