In a vessel put chicken and potatoes, salt, garam masala Powder, ginger garlic paste, and water for boiling. Boil til the chicken cooks tender.

After the chicken gets boil, put chat masala, chopped green chillies, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander, lemon juice and mix it well. And make shape like a cutlet

Dip cutlet into beaten egg and then dip it in sevaiya.And then deep fry it in oil. And serve it with Watever u like.
