  1. 1/4 kgGoat meat
  2. 2Yellow pepper
  3. 1/2 teaspoonPeppersoup spice
  4. Salt
  5. 2 cubesKnorr
  6. 1/4 teaspoonBlended Uziza seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the goat meat with high heat with salt,onion and knorr cubes for 1hour or till is tender.

  2. 2

    Season with uziza seeds,knorr cubes,salt,peppersoup spice and yellobw pepper.when is boiling the aroma will let you know is done

  3. 3

    Cut the utazi leaves and put in.
