I have had the goat in my frezzer for weeks now,immediately it started raining i remember peppersoup and fixed this. Perfect for the wetather.

1/2 teaspoonPeppersoup spice
Salt
2 cubesKnorr
1/4 teaspoonBlended Uziza seeds

Boil the goat meat with high heat with salt,onion and knorr cubes for 1hour or till is tender.

Season with uziza seeds,knorr cubes,salt,peppersoup spice and yellobw pepper.when is boiling the aroma will let you know is done

Cut the utazi leaves and put in.
