  • 250 gramschicken
  • 2 spoonsconnflour
  • 1 spoonall purpose flour maida
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1 pinchred colour
  • 1egg
  • 1 spoonmustard powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 spoonlemon juice
  • oil to fry

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except frying oil.

  2. 2

    Keep it for 2 to 3 hours.If u have no more tym then u can fry then.When we keep marinated chicken for more tym,it becomes more softer.

    Fry it.serve hot....with tomato and chilli sauce...
