Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 piecesChicken leg
  • 1 tspgarlic ginger paste
  • 1 cupfresh curd
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1 tbspmustard oil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 pinchred colour
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tsptandoori masala
  • 1 tspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Except Butter,put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Now keep this marinated chicken in fridge for minimum 3 hours.

    Now grill it 15 mins one side and more 15 mins for another side.

    In between u make butter greasing on the chicken pieces..

    Surve hot with poodina chutney and salad..
