Mix maida,ghee, sugar, salt, cardamom powder, egg and yeast in a bowl.

Add milk slowly and knead to make a soft Chapati like dough. And add 1tspn till.

Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes.

Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into medium size equal balls. - 5
Take one ball and roll to make a 4 inch circle.
Apply some ghee on top and fold to make a semicircle. - 6
Apply some more ghee and fold ti make tringle.
Now fold this triangle to make a round. - 7
Roll the round to as like chapati(roti) and prick it with a fork all over.
Transfer on a baking tray. - 8
Place the tray inside the cooker on top of the ring or stand. The cooker has to be hot inside.
Cover the cooker with the lid.
Cook it till slightly browned from top. - 9
Make all the bakharkhani in the same way.
Bake on a medium flame.
apply ghee on top. - 10
Serve it hot with any curry or tea.
