Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 3 cupsbasmati rice
  • 1 tbspcashew
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1 tspwhole garam masalas
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee
  • As neededyellow colour

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper garam masala

  2. 2

    Add cashew-raisins and saute a minute on low heat

  3. 3

    Add rice mix well adding salt and food colour

  4. 4

    Add war water double quantity of the rice

  5. 5

    Boil it well and add sugar

  6. 6

    Switch off and serve with any kind of gravy
