Steps

Wash and clean dal and soak for 20 minutes.

After soaked boiled the dal.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds and curry leaves when crackle add all fried sabji and saute a minute.

Now add spuces and roast it.

Now add dal and tamarind pulp and water cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

Serve with rice/dosa/idly.
