Just a thought about an ideal meal for kids lunchbox.

Parboil the rice wash and pour in a filter

Pour the chicken stock in a pot and place on heat

Add the parboiled rice add curry and seasoning and allow to cook

In another pot stir fry the cut veggies in a small vegetable oil for a few minutes once the rice is cooked pour the veggies into the rice and stir.The rice is ready.
