Take paneer cubes in a bowl to that add 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste a Pinch of salt and A Pinch of black pepper powder and keep aside for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

Makes corn flour, all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste small portion, A Pinch of salt and A Pinch of black pepper powder and make a paste of it.

Heat oil in a pan.
Deep paneer in a paste make sure to cook paneer nicely and fry Till they are golden brown. Fry all paneer cubes in a same way and keep it. - 4
In a pan heat oil and add chopped onions stir fry onions on the medium flame until they become golden brown in colour add ginger garlic paste to and mix them.

Add capsicum and stir for a few minutes once done add carrots too stir saute for few minutes

Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce in a pan along with water stir and simmer for another few minutes

Meanwhile prepare a thick cornstarch mixture by adding water in it add the corn starch mixture to thicken the sauce.

Now add fried paneer salt black pepper powder stairwell and Seema for a few minutes

When paneer manchurian thickens turn off the flame and Garnish it with green spring onions.
