Sweet Banana Appam
Steps

Peel the banana and mash them in a bowl using fork or hand or can blend in a mixie to fine puree. (Banana should be really ripe)

To the banana puree add in rice flour, maida, salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder, baking soda, melted Jaggery. Mix well with a spoon. The batter should not be too thick nor runny.

Heat oil in a kadai. Oil should be medium heat. Take spoon full of batter and drop in hot oil one by one. Cook till both side turns golden brown colour. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen tissue. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the batter.

The outer part will be crispy and the inner part will be soft.
