1/2 kgpotatoes
1 stickcheese
Oregano
Salt
1tomato

Peel,wash & boil the potatoes.

Sprinkle the oregano & salt to enable the flavors to infuse while mashing.

Drain excess water and add in the cheese & mash while hot.
4

Garnish with tomatoes and serve with any stew I used liver as an accompaniment.
