1 cupsugar
1 cupoil
4 eggs
5 mlsvanilla extract
3 cupsself-raising flour
5 mlsbaking powder
1 cup water

Whisk eggs oil and sugar add sifted self-raising flour and baking powder.

Mix together add water and mix scoop spoonfuls in muffin pans bake for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry on 180 degrees C.

Cool down and decorate with icing sugar

Sorry, but would not recommend. It took about 30 minutes to bake and not 10. It was too dense and did not really tasted like a cupcake.
