Wash the Abacha with water and salt set aside to drin

Wash and cut your leaves (garden egg leave) and your Onions, blend your pepper and Crayfish separately.

Season and fry the macker fish.

Heat the palm oil for 2 minutes add some of the onions, your pepper Crayfish, salt to taste, your seasoning then your Abacha stir till you get the taste you want.

Serve the Abacha with the onions and leaves. Your Africa Salad is ready.
