Besan kadhi
A quick and easy recipe in my own way
Steps

Heat oil add fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let it crackle

Grind curd with 1 tbsp besan add 2 glasses and keep aside
- 3
Now add grinded onion and saute,add all the masalas
- 4
Take besan mix all regular Spices and little water to make pakodas
- 5
Now add curd and besan batter to the masala stirring continuously
- 6
Now add the pakodas and let it Cook

Now for Tadka take oil add little fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves once crackle add in the besan kadhi.

Your kadhi is ready to serve.
