Dice the Onions & place them in a large sufuria, add oil & heat up the sufuria.

Fry the onions till they brown & add in chopped garlic & ginger.

Add the measured water, & pilau masala, bring to boil.

Add the salt,stir & add the rice. Let it cook until the water is almost drying out.
- 5
Reduce the heat & simmer.
- 6
Serve with wet Fry pork.
