  • 5-6unripe green bananas or more
  • Dried rosemary
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Salt
  • Water

Steps

    Boil your bananas with the skin on....it helps prevent them from discolouring

    They take about 20 minutes or less..add a little salt to the water

    Peel off the covers

    Heat up your oil and your rosemary... Shallow fry each side for a few minutes

  5. 5

    Serve once ready....
