Garlic Cheese Monkey Bread

Add Flour, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp yeast in a bowl and gently mix

Add 1/4 cup grated cheese, 1 egg, water, 1.5 tbsp softened unsalted butter, 3 tbsp warm milk, knead into a soft dough

Cover & set aside the ready dough for 10 mins

Make lemon sized balls of the ready dough and keep it aside

Mix 50 gms melted unsalted butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, a pinch of pepper powder in a bowl, set aside

Mix 50 gms grated cheese, 25 gms breadcrumbs, 25 gms parsley, cilantro in another bowl

Dip the ready dough balls into the butter mixture

Now Coat it well with the cheese mixture

Place the balls in a butter-greased, flour dusted bundt pan
- 10
Cover bundt pan with a butter- greased cling wrap, leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove the wrap

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 mins until dark golden brown on top

Allow to cool for 10 mins, unmould

Serve warm with your favourite dip
