Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsAll Purpose Flour
  2. 1/4 teaspoonGarlic powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  4. 1 teaspooninstant Yeast
  5. 3 tablespoonswarm milk
  6. Warm Water as required
  7. 1beaten Egg
  8. 1.5 tbspsoft unsalted butter
  9. 1/4 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  10. 1 tbspSugar
  11. For coating
  12. 50 gmunsalted butter melted
  13. 1 tbspchopped Cilantro
  14. 1 tbspParsley
  15. 2garlic clove minced
  16. 25 gmbreadcrumbs
  17. 50 gmgrated cheddar cheese
  18. to tastePepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add Flour, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp yeast in a bowl and gently mix

    Add 1/4 cup grated cheese, 1 egg, water, 1.5 tbsp softened unsalted butter, 3 tbsp warm milk, knead into a soft dough

  3. 3

    Cover & set aside the ready dough for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Make lemon sized balls of the ready dough and keep it aside

  5. 5

    Mix 50 gms melted unsalted butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, a pinch of pepper powder in a bowl, set aside

  6. 6

    Mix 50 gms grated cheese, 25 gms breadcrumbs, 25 gms parsley, cilantro in another bowl

  7. 7

    Dip the ready dough balls into the butter mixture

  8. 8

    Now Coat it well with the cheese mixture

  9. 9

    Place the balls in a butter-greased, flour dusted bundt pan

  10. 10

    Cover bundt pan with a butter- greased cling wrap, leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove the wrap

  11. 11

    Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 mins until dark golden brown on top

  12. 12

    Allow to cool for 10 mins, unmould

  13. 13

    Serve warm with your favourite dip
