Beef curry Beef curry
In case it's not obvious from the fact that I've now posted two recipes for it, I love Indian-spiced beef curry. Something about the combination of warm spices, sweet coconut milk, and tender meat really gets my engine revving. This version is much quicker than the previous one (no marinating required). It also has a slightly deeper flavour, thanks to the addition of garam masala and cumin. Differences aside, I love them both and would happily eat either any day. Robert Gonzal -

Chicken Stew - Kerala Style Chicken Stew - Kerala Style
#reststyle - This yummy Kerala style hearty Chicken Stew is often served in restaurants along with appam or idiyappam. Very easy and healthy, it is a perfect meal to be enjoyed. It is in fact a one-pot wonder that can be relished as a light meal too. It is very light on the tummy and the creamy texture from the coconut milk gives it a rich and an aromat flavour with a hint of sweetness. Bethica Das -
