In a pan boil your pork with black pepper, pinch of salt and lemon juice

Once tender fry it to golden brown as you extract some of its oil from it, you can add a little bit of more cooking oil if the extracted one ain't enough

Add the chopped onions, grounded garlic and ginger saute them to golden brown then add the capsicum and fry for a few minutes not over cooking it

Serve on a plate, add the chopped tomatoes, squeeze your lemon on top serve with ugali and enjoy
