In bowl add whole wheat flour.add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and water to make a batter batter should be thick

And then add chopped onion,grated carrot, coriander leaves,red chilli powder.mux it well

In tawa grease oil pour the batter and close it cook for 5 min in low flame cook both sides.
