  • 1boneless, skinless chicken breast, flattened and cut into pieces
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1/2onion
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a skillet and lightly sauté the onion

  3. 3

    Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and black pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Add the bell peppers, stir, and cook until they soften slightly
