Enough cooking oil

Fry onions in oil till soft
2

Add githeri and allow to cook till any water dries and it starts to stick
3

Lower the heat and add diced tomatoe
4

Cover allow it to cook with steam till the tomatoe softens
5

Stir well and add a little water for soup(optional)
6

Serve hot
