In a Bowl, combine Flour, salt, ginger, chopped onion and break the eggs.

Then using a whipp, add water and mix into an almost thick paste.

Heat a round skillet, pour atleast one scoop of the mixture onto the skillet and cook on low heat on both sides.

I like using Ghee, but you can use butter or oil to shallow fry them once ready on both sides.

Serve them hot with Juice or Tea. Bon Apetite.
