Mix all the ingredients and prepare a batter.

Drop the batter using spoon one by one so that it forms pakodas.Fry in medium heat till it turns golden brown. Keep aside

Grind onion, ginger and green chilli.

Put oil in khadai, add cumin seeds, let it cracle, add the onion paste add all the dry masala and salt. Cook the onion paste till it turns brown. Now add the beaten yoghurt and mix well. Lastly add the methi leaves.Let it cook in low flame for about for 5 mins. Turn off the heat.

Put the pakoras in the gravy 10 mins prior to serving...

Serve hot. With parantha or roti.
