Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 400 gmspinach
  • 1small potato
  • 4-5 cubespumpkin
  • 1/4brinjal sliced
  • 1 handfullentils
  • 3green chillies
  • 1/4 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add lentils and fry well adding veggies and saute well

  3. 3

    Add spinach and cover adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    As the spinach get soft remove cover and add sugar and coconut
