Let the chana in water for the whole night and mix baking soda in it

Next morning add salt in the chana and add it in cooker and whistle it for 5 6 times

Now in other pan add oil (sarso) then add cumin and asefotida add grinded onion tomato ginger green chilli and mix it for 1-2 minutes

Now add all the other masala in this and mix it

Now add your black chana in this pan now add green coriander in it and let it boil

Your receipie is ready now you can serve it with lemon and some mirchi
