1 tspcumin seed
1onion chopped
1red chilli
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and red chilli

Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the daal and boil adding salt..cook till daal get mashy and soft.
