Heat a pressure cooker, add soaked chana daal, salt, turmeric powder and water as per the need and boil it. (Your daal should be very much thick)

Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, bay leaves and dry red in it and allow it to splatter.

Now add boiled chana daal, garam masala powder and cumin powder in it and cook it till it becomes completely dry and keep it aside.

Now prepare a semi-soft dough of whole wheat flour using oil, little bit salt and water.

Then cut pieces from the dough, stuff chana daal mixture in it and roll it like chapati.

Now heat a tawa, put daal stuffed paratha on it, cook it well from both sides and drizzle oil over it and again cook it for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.

Your daal stuffed paratha is ready to serve now.
