Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 300 gmpaneer
  • 1large tomato
  • 1 handfulkaju kishmish
  • 1/2" ginger
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1 podcardamom
  • 1 clove (1 tsp)red chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    At first prepare a paste of tomato,kaju kishmish and ginger,keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the paneer

  3. 3

    Soak these into warm milk with sugar

  4. 4

    Now add oil in the pan and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  5. 5

    Add whole garam masalas and let the aroma to come

  6. 6

    Add paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  7. 7

    Add red chilli Powder and mix

  8. 8

    Now add the paneer mix well and pour the milk

  9. 9

    Add sugar and boil until it gets combined
