Heat a pan add semolina dry roast

As the aroma of roasted rava comes out add ghee and roast it till colour changes

Now add the milk and sugar

Add a pinch of salt and nuts and raisins

Stir well to avoid lumps

Serve it with puris or even can enjoy it alone
