Steps

Peel and wash Potatoes and plantains.

Wash and remove the large stems from pumpkin leaves then thinly shred

Put the potatoes and pumpkin leaves in a pressure cooker and remove once it releases pressure twice. This is to avoid overcooking. (In case the potatoes will have not cooked well depending on type you can always cook further)

Check whether the potatoes have cooked well by testing with a cooking stick.(if they easily smash, they are ready)

Remove from fire and drain off excess water. Mash with a cooking stick while adding salt to taste.

Serve with your favourite vegetable.
